nice place near the shore

The place was nice to stay for a family holiday, but we thought there are all rooms in one flat. But there is only one bedroon in the flat. The kitchen ist very small, if you like to cook.

LE Moulleau

Malgré une arrivée tardive( due aux bouchons du 8 mai), nous avons apprécié l’accueil de la conciergerie. Un appartement idéalement situé au Moulleau. Nous regrettons que la chambre située au sous-sol soit mal insonorisée.

Semaine au cœur du Moulleau, notre quartier préféré

En famille pour une semaine à Arcachon, au Moulleau : plages, shopping, bars, restos… tout est au pied de l’appartement à la deco moderne et soignée. Belle terrasse. Résidence calme. Notre fils (ado) a apprécié disposer d’une chambre déconnectée de l’appartement. De très belles vacances !

Super sejour au Moulleau

Bel appartement très bien situé dans le quartier du Moulleau à Arcachon, commerces, restaurants, bars et mer et plage à pied. Parking complètement fermé très appréciable. Literie de l'appartement parfaite. Par contre la Nespresso absente, il y a une ancienne cafetiere à filtre et une bouilloire. Équipements de cuisine impeccables. La chambre supplémentaire est au rdc peut être ennuyeux avec de jeunes enfants, pour notre part cedt pour notre neveu dec25vans donc parfait il est indépendant. Très belle terrasse. Nous comptons bien revenir une 3ème fois, c'est un quartier très sympa, vivant, beaucoup de commerces et tout à pied. L'idéal en ce qui nous concerne. L'appartement est dans une grande et belle maison pas dans un immeuble. Par contre vue sur un immeuble, nous ça ne nous gène nullement car on se sent bien en sécurité tout etant fermé de tout côté. Bonne isolation, malgré le bruit le week-end avec les bars et restaurants à côté on a super bien fotmi, fenêtres fermées on est au calme.

IDEAL

Situation exceptionnelle pour qui aime les stations balnéaires people et ne craint pas la foule. La découverte d'un bassin d'Arcachon digne de sa réputation est à portée de main. A part le coin cuisine un peu exigu, tout est parfait. Location à recommander.

Parfait !

Emplacement idéal pour séjourner au Moulleau. Appartement en tous points conforme à la description. Très bien équipé et un accueil parfait pour un séjour des plus agréables ! Le clin d’œil « Abatille » en versions plate et gazeuse au frais à notre arrivée était très sympa ;-)

2 ieme chambre en cave

Au moment de la réservation nous avions opté pour un appartement avec deux chambres. A notre arrivée la deuxième chambre était au sous sol. Humide et surtout sans issue de secours. Si le feu c était déclaré ou inondation nous pouvions que mourir car barreau aux fenetres

Appartement très bien situé idéalement à proximité des commerces, restaurants, boutiques et de la plage. Parking sécurisé. Pas besoin de sortir la voiture on a tout à proximité. Appartement très bien isolé. Lit principal excellent.

Quirky and functionally perfectly good apartment in a central location but it had all seen better days - almost everything was tired, old and run-down, or dusty or dirty, or mildewed or rusty! Kitchen had not been cleaned properly at all. Once we'd cleaned a few things, though, we really enjoyed it. There were only two of us so we didn't use the weird basement room at all.

Es hat uns gut gefallen

Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich aufgrund von Sprachschwierigkeiten etwas holperig. Das Objekt ist so wie im Inserat abgebildet und ist etwas versteckt auf einem Innenhof. Wir waren zu zweit. Damit ist die Größe ausreichend. Die Küche ist sehr klein aber mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse, die sher schön groß ist, nagt der "Zahn der Zeit". Die Kissen sind aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit stockfleckig und die Markiese ist nicht mehr gebrauchsfähig. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wird uns Fahhräder ausgeliehen haben, waren wir sehr flexibel und haben die Umgebung erkundet. Stand , Gaststätten und Einkaufmöglichkeiten alles gut erreichbar.

Tout à proximité et au calme en plein centre du Moulleau

Localisation parfaite, appartement conforme à la description et la simplicité des procédures font du séjour un délice. La dépendance est parfaite pour des jeunes ou ados en quête d’indépendance :-). Rien à dire, nous reviendrons.

Avec une personne âgée (87ans) La 2ème chambre était dans un sous sol inaccessible non précisée dans l’annonce. Obligée d’occuper le canapé. Rien à dire au sujet de la propreté et de l’accueil.

au coeur du Moulleau tout etant en retrait des allées frequentées

Très belle situation, appartement agréable. Par contre il faudrait préciser que la chambre indépendante, de taille très modeste se trouve en fait en entresol et est très humide.
