ARCHITECT villa 260m2 heated pool 14x4m 10-12 persons
New contemporary villa (2016) designed by two recognized architects of the Arcachon basin.
With an area of 260 m², it is located in the heart of the residential district of Abatilles and can accommodate 10 people with its 5 spacious bedrooms.
The villa is composed of a large living room of 80 m² ('living-dining room, kitchen) very bright with 2 huge windows fully sliding 9 m long each overlooking the pool (14x4) and on the terrace. terrace. View overlooking the forest of Moulleau.
A relaxation area of 50 m² is equipped with 2 sofas, a library, a TV 4K UHD 55 inches,
Each room has its bathroom or shower room (see details depending on the room).
2 TV 55-inch UHD 55-inch, WiFi Internet throughout the house, teak garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
The bike paths are located near the villa, as well as electric mini-bus lines to go to the ocean beaches, downtown Arcachon or the pier of Moulleau for an excursion on the tip of Cap Ferret ... with the bikes!

Stunning property on the outskirts of Arcachon
We had a wonderful stay in this stunning villa. The area was quiet and peaceful and the pool area was gorgeous.
The villa was light and airy and the beds comfortable.
The kids loved the pool table and table football.
We loved having a gas bbq and outdoor seating for meals in the evenings.

Stunning Villa with everything you need
Villa California is simply stunning. Beautifully designed and beautifully furnished. Beds all very comfy and kitchen experimentally well equipped. Highlight is of course the huge pool and beautiful view over the pine forest at the back. Improvements? Not many I can think of but aircon for the bedrooms would be very welcome. That said it wouldn’t put us off returning at all

Superbe villa pour un séjour reposant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa California avec notre famille et nos amis !
Le propriétaire est extrêmement arrangeant et sympathique. Les prestations sont excellentes et permettent un repos complet. Adultes et enfants ont profité des joies de la piscine, du calme de la pinède environnante et de la proximité des plages d'Arcachon.
Nous repartons enchantés de notre séjour !

Merveilleux !
Une villa vraiment superbe, à l'agencement magnifiquement bien pensé. Quant à l'emplacement il est parfait, très au calme et proche de tout ce qui nous faisait envie : la plage, la ville, la dune, les bars... Nous étions plusieurs nageurs dans la maison, et une piscine de 14 mètres est un luxe fabuleux.
La propreté est irréprochable.
Mille mercis à Xavier, le propriétaire, pour la gentillesse de son accueil, son écoute, ses conseils...
Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !!

Beautiful house in a great location.
Villa California is a lovely property in a great location. The rental process was outstanding with the owner being in regular touch and very flexible about check in and out. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The pool was a good size and well kept so the kids had a lovely time in it every day. Bikes were a great option to get to the beach, but it would be possible to walk as well. Thank you for a great week.

Magnifique maison
Magnifique maison très fonctionnelle pour un séjour avec des amis. Les photos correspondent bien à la maison. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bains et ses wc.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison California. Xavier, l’hôte, est très réactif et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. Nous recommandons fortement cette maison.

Lovely spacious modern retreat
We got in contact with the family before arriving and they kept us informed about the progress of the swimming pool, sending us pictures. The house was bright and spacious with 5 large bedrooms and generous family living spaces. But the star was the pool - it was a fantastic size and good for laps or for lying on an inflatable. The house is on a quiet street set amongst the pines in a quiet part of Arcachon. It is not a party house. The Bikini bar and beach are an easy 20min stroll away - very safe for swimming. We had a great week in 30degree heat at the end of August. The house is well served for public transport, the bus service is really good and just a 10min walk downhill. The security deposit is high but it is a brand new house so understandable and was refunded within 1 week. Everything took place through the HomeAway platform for added security for both parties which was great. The owners were a joy to deal with and on hand locally if anything was needed. They provided lots of useful information about places to go.

Merveilleuses vacances...
Nous étions un couple et 2 enfants et nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances dans cette très belle villa arcachonnaise, au contact d'une nature aussi belle que généreuse. La maison est très vitrée et lumineuse et la vue sur la forêt est magnifique. Nous avons pu nous reposer au calme et profiter de la nature tout en allant à la plage ou en ville à pied ou en vélo. Nous repartons remplis de beaux souvenirs...jusqu'aux prochaines vacances !
