Located in the Péreire residential district, 400m from local shops and 1300m from the town center of Arcachon, T3 APARTMENT of 60m² on the 3rd floor of a good standing residence with elevator, on the front line with direct access to the beach:
- Double living room with 2-seater sofa bed (14X190), TV, WIFI opening onto BALCONY with furniture and magnificent sea view.
independent kitchen, including: ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) (wardrobe) / 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) / bathroom with bathtub / separate toilet
SECURE UNDERGROUND PARKING - CLEANING INCLUDED
It is strictly forbidden to hold parties in the rental (indoor exterior).

or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths that surround the Arcachon basin, visit the coast to the PILAT dune.
-The bus tour (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city.
-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing.

Super vue et très bien placé

L appartement dispose d une très belle vue sur le bassin et est très bien placé à 1300m du centre d Arcachon et 1500m de la plage Pereire. Il donne directement accès à la plage (réduite en fonction du coef des marée ). Il est un peu dans son jus mais propre. On retrouve la fonctionnalité des appartements de vacances. Reste que des couettes seraient mieux que les couvertures. Place de parking sous terrain incluse dans la loc

Splendide vue sur mer

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Arcachon, que nous ne connaissions pas, dans un appartement agréable et bien situé, avec une météo exceptionnelle pour une fin mars. Bon accueil de l'agence qui a fait du bien aussi. L'appartement est spacieux. Le séjour comporte une baie côté mer, ouvrant sur une terrasse couverte et la vue sur le bassin est splendide. Il n'y a que la cuisine qui est un peu petite (en forme de couloir). Il ne nous a rien manqué mais le four ne fait pas micro-ondes. Il y a un parking en sous-sol facilement accessible sans manœuvre, Un truc pour sortir du garage : d'abord aligner le véhicule face à la porte télécommandée, avant de l'ouvrir puis de monter la rampe (dont les bordures au sol surprennent mais ça passait bien et notre véhicule n'est pas spécialement étroit).
