Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, this comfortable and well-equipped apartment offers an ideal setting for your stay, without the need for a car. Secure parking is included.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 cm), TV, and large wardrobe
Bedroom 2: Sofa bed (140 cm) for 2 people + mezzanine with an extra armchair (for a child or teenager)
Living room: Sofa bed (140 cm) for 2 people

Situation excellente

Emplacement idéal avec des enfants en bas age pour se rendre à la plage. L'appartement est bien desservi ; la cuisine est petite mais dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. L'électroménager est très bien entretenu ce qui est appréciable. Juste une déception concernant la vétusté du lit d'appoint sur la mezzanine qui serait vraiment à changer. Notre petit fils de 10 ans n'a pas pu y dormir.
