「Yes, appreciated the early check in.Beds were great.Only flaw was the TV. It was set up to only play DVDs and we could not get that to function. So, we went to the local restaurant / bar and caught up on some sports on TV there. Very convenient as location was on a main snow mobile trail which was our main activity. 」

「The dollhouse was cute but needs some TLC. The shower was super small. Using the Wasted space behind the shower wall would remedy this. Windows were terribly dirty. I was afraid to open them and get a fresh breeze due to the fort and spiders. Host took hours to get back with you. Porch and siding needs paintng. 「This cottage belonged to my great uncle and then his sons . spent alot of time there with my Grandpa. The cottage was just as I remembered it, with a remodeled bathroom. The creek has eroded the bank behind the cottage so it is different from when we would get into the creek. We saw two huge snapping turtles in the creek one evening. Nice stay」

「- The hot tub was great. - The driveway was one big sheet of ice! I fell twice but luckily my family did not fall.- A lot of kitchen cabinet doors were broken- The cleaner knocked on the door at 10:15 the day of check out but we didn't think about the time change. We were following the time from the oven clock. - Overall the house was ok. It was close to Crystal Mountain so it was what we needed. We won't spend over 800 for two days at this specific property again.」

「We had so much fun at White Birch! The house itself is so well appointed, cozy, and CLEAN. We appreciated the coffee and spices and all of the toiletries that were provided. During our stay, we enjoyed time at Crystal skiing and taking advantage of the spa. We had a lovely drive up M22 checking out Lake Michigan’s icy shores.
