Lovely property in a quiet peaceful area with pool. The villa was well equipped and Lionel was very helpful during our visit offering recommendations for beaches restaurants etc.

Great Stay!

This place was beautiful, clean and a great location just a short drive from the city center and beach. The host was a good and clear communicator and greeted us to check in and gave us a tour of the place. We had a wonderful stay. The only improvement we could think of was more amenities. This place had all the cookware and utensils you could need but no salt or pepper or paper towels or coffee. No dishwashing tabs, no sponges for cleaning dishes, no shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and of course as per the listing no towels. We had to completely stock the place for our short stay

Just okay

The property met our needs for multiple bedrooms for a larger family. But Everything was just average. It seems like they did some upgrades to the house, but there is a lot more to do. Also, I’ve stayed at dozens of Vrbo’s and this is the first time I was charged 10 EUR to “rent” a towel and 10 EUR for cleaning supplies like soap and sponges. That didn’t sit right with me. The price felt high for the quality and location of the house. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Das Haus und die Lage sind wirklich perfekt, allerdings ist das Haus für die Ausstattung schon extrem teuer - das für den Preis noch nicht mal Handtücher vor Ort sind, hat uns schon sehr erstaunt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr genossen.

La maison correspondait pleinement à l’annonce, nous avons passés une excellente semaine entre amis, entre piscine et plages facilement accessibles à 10 minutes en voiture. Lionel a été disponible et très réactif lorsque nous le sollicitions et n’a pas hésité à nous recommander quelques bonnes adresses :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’emplacement de la maison permet en plus de rayonner facilement dans la région et surtout les golfs à proximité & autres activités locales et commerces de bouches (très appréciable).

Belle maisoon avec seulement 3 vrais chambres

La maison est bien située, proche des commerces et transpports en commun. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée et nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui a toujours essayé de répondre à nos besoins et nos demandes. Toutefois, deux points négatifs sur la maison : wifi de très mauvaise qualité, une des chambres est extrêmement petite (à peine 5-6 m2) avec aucun rangement, ce qui n'est pas adapté pour une location à plusieurs couples / familles. A noter que quelques vis et clous sont apparents aux bords de la piscine et pourrait être dangereux pour des enfants en bas âge.

Excellent emplacement, maison conforme à l'annonce donc très confortable et adaptée pour une famille. Un seul point d'amélioration à noter, la fibre serait un plus pour travailler en visio; mais en vacances..cela ne devrait pas être un problème..

Maison conforme à la description. Bien située pour visiter le pays basque. La proximité des docks (magasins de qualité) est appréciable. La piscine chauffée est un grand plus. Le propriétaire a été de bon conseil pour notre séjour. Amateurs de golf, cette maison est idéalement située. A conseiller en toute circonstance.

Très sympathique

La maison est parfaite, très fonctionnelle, bien agencée et confortable, mieux que sur les photos! Commerces de qualité à proximité à pied. Plages un peu plus à distance mais accessibles en voiture (10 min) ou en bus.

C’était vraiment génial, on y était avec des amis. Propriétaire très sympa et disponible, photos conformes à la réalité, bon emplacement de la maison (commerce, plage...) on a passé un bon petit week-end. Je recommande.

Moment agréable

Moments très agréables passé dans une jolie maison arboré. Point négatif manque de produit d'hygiène et de nettoyage à notre arrivée ,pas de papier toilette, pas d'éponge ,pec vaisselle, spray nettoyant surface, un torchon pour 8 cela pourrait être amélioré par contre cela ne gâche en rien le moment passé dans la maison et la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Superbe séjour dans une maison très agréable

Super séjour dans cette maison très agréable et spacieuse, en intérieur comme en extérieur. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Lionel et sa femme. La localisation de la maison est parfaite pour visiter le bord de mer mais aussi les petites villes de montagne. A refaire!

Endroit très calme, reposant, bien exposé au soleil. Très bon dialogue avec les propriétaires, très bons conseils sur des restaurants et sur la Ville et sur les professionnels du secteur. Que du positif !

Une maison particulièrement agréable à vivre, très bien équipée. Des espaces communs bien pensés et des chambres /espace nuit au top. Un jardin avec plusieurs zones de détente au gré de chacun. La piscine avait présenté un souci avant notre arrivée mais celui-ci a été résolu en 2 à 3 jours avec un investissement sans faille des propriétaires et nous avons pu ensuite profiter de celle ci avec une eau claire à 28 voire 30 degrés. La situation est parfaite, environnement très calme, sans vis à vis. La proximité des voies ferrées à vol d’oiseau qui nous avait un peu effrayée sur Google Maps n’a absolument pas été perceptible. Situation géographiquement idéale (proximité de commerces, d’accès autoroutes, de routes vers l’arrière-pays, des navettes pour Biarritz). En bref: à recommander !

piscine virée au vert!

La maison est très propre et moderne. Malheureusement, à notre arrivée la piscine était verte car elle avait tournée. Impossible de nous baigner car nous avons du surtraiter en vain. Notre choix de maison se portait sur le fait qu elle avait une piscine privative. C était nos première vacances avec notre puce de 6 mois et il était inconcevable de se baigner avec elle dans cette eau désagréable malgré de grosses chaleurs. Parfaite déception et certainement une annulation si nous avions su. L emplacement est top avec de supers commerçants à proximité, nous avons donc pu bien manger! C est au moins ça!

Très bonne localisation entre l'arrière-pays basque et les plages de l'Atlantique

Villa très fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée, idéalement orientée face au soleil. Commerces de qualité à proximité. Point de départ pratique pour découvrir les villages basques et rejoindre différents sites de visite. Accès également rapide aux différentes plages du littoral basque français et espagnol.
