“Has potential but falls very flat with poor cleanliness and shockingly terrible service. We wanted to love this place, but our experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. When we first arrived, there were at least 20 dark hairs all over the bed sheets. When we alerted the front desk, their "solution" was to bring us a lint roller instead of changing the sheets. Because the hotel was sold out, we were forced to sleep in a dirty bed. Gross. The next day, they acted as if nothing……

“Great little family run hotel. We didn’t have a car, but the 20 or so minute walk to and from downtown wasn’t that big of a deal. Didn’t have a refrigerator, so if you are bringing food from other cities, be careful, if not, no worries! It was clean, well air conditioned, and nice.”

“The location of the hotel is very good for exploring the Tain L'Hermitage region just across the bridge on the other side of the Rhone. From here you can walk around the hill of Hermitage and visit the wineries. The hotel is in a grand building, stylistically refurbished and has a fantastic view from the outdoor swimming pool. The staff are young, enthusiastic and professional and the host was excellent in making suggestions for local restaurants and wine shops. I would recommend this hotel.”

“Charmant hôtel rustique très bien situé pour visiter Tournon à pied, incluant un restaurant qui offre une très belle carte (tout ce que nous avons mangé, était bon). Belle chambre spacieuse, propre. Personnel très accueillant. Nous recommandons avec une seule petite réserve, celle de l'insonorisation qui n'est pas très bonne mais acceptable compte tenu de l'âge du bâtiment. Merci à l'équipe !”

“Fabrice nous a accueilli chaleureusement autour d’un verre près de la cheminée. Nous avons partagé un excellent repas cuisiné avec des produits locaux pour conclure avec un plateau de fromage sublime. Le petit déjeuner est également excellent. La maison est lumineuse, une architecture des années 60, chaque recoin invite à la culture et là découverte. Maison au calme pour se détendre et se reposer. Merci pour ce bon moment de partage”

“Les propriétaires ne sont clairement pas du metier. Nous avons eu l impression de les deranger de l arrivee jusqu a notre depart. Notion du service client inexistante (aux clients de s adapter et pas l inverse) Chambre tres rustique, acces aux chambres compliqué (chemin exigu et non entretenu), petit dejeuner basique...”

“Our only regret is not staying longer. Nested in the vineyard, the home is a perfect, comfortable landing place to explore the region. We enjoyed being among the vines and fully relaxing in this little paradise. I would caution anyone with mobility issues as there are stairs that separate the toilet from the sleeping area, but it was not an issue for us. From the communication to the recommendations to the accommodation- just wonderful. Cannot recommend enough!”
