In Arco, a town about 5 kilometres north of Lake Garda on the lower reaches of the Sarca River, the "River Studio Apartment" is located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse in a central zone. The studio apartment with a view of the river and the mountains consists of a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a double bed, a dining table, a kitchenette as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans and a flat screen TV. In the outer area there is a common patio, which you are welcome to use. The apartment is characterized by its bright rooms as well as the modern, very high-quality interior. It is situated in an excellent location: Within a few steps from here there is access to the winding alleys and shopping streets, where you can explore a variety of restaurants and boutiques. There is also a supermarket only 550 m (6-minute walk) from the accommodation. The nearest beach is in Riva del Garda, about 5 km south of the property. There, you can refresh yourself in the pleasantly cool water of Lake Garda and enjoy the Italian flair. The ruins of the fortress Castello di Arco is 900 m from the apartment and is an ideal destination for a visit.



Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. There is both a free and a paid public car park (please ask the owner to print the permit, fee: €5 per day). Other fees: Change of towels €5 and change of all bed linen €15.
