The Ulivo apartment has 6 beds. The furniture is mainly modern but with some antique furniture and lots of wood that makes it welcoming. The living area includes the dining room with kitchenette and the lounge. The kitchen is very functional and equipped with dishwashers, oven, stove and refrigerator. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, another twin bedroom on which there is a mezzanine with two more beds and a large bathroom also accessible to disabled people. Available to guests: swimming pool, park, terrace and sports games such as ping-pong, five-a-side football, pulley, trampoline, swings etc. The park has large trees which provide shade and coolness. The swimming pool is mt. 10 x 5; next to it, a wooden house welcomes games for the swimming pool that guests can use. An outdoor shower with hot or cold water is near the swimming pool.
