Staff was great. But had construction all over hotel, very loud. And our key was not working, so when we would need back on our room we had to let the staff know and they would go unlock the door for us, which to us was an inconvenience.

Five star rating

The guest service representatives were extremely welcoming polite and friendly the young elderly lady that works the front desk was a hoot! I must say it was mostly heard that made me and my family want to come back to this establishment I had no problem with any of the guests above or near me they were very accommodating because I am disabled. Enjoyed breakfast very much I'm a huge fan of waffles there are so light and fluffy just perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and I stay there and I most definitely will be returning I've already booked our room for Saturday and we're super excited it was a very comfortable environment five stars all the way

Cheap clean sleep 😴

Cheap, pet friendly and easy to access. The good: we slept really well in the beds, everything was extremely clean. The housekeeper is extremely hard working. And the man at the front desk was extremely nice. The bad is that in 2024,the property needs a lot of work. The pool is drained and non in use in july, i didnt even check the hot tub but initially that was one of the reasons i booked there. No working ice machine, no trash can in the room, and they didnt have the suite or deluxe room i booked at all, but i arrived later than i expected so i was just glad to have a bed to crash in at that point.

Great people loudy facilities

I checked and they were nice people at the front desk. After driving a Uhaul truck with my car towed behind it, i just wanted to relax and watch TV. The staff was helpful but the equipment was just poor quality I relaxed going barefoot in my room. I go to take a shower and all this dirt came off the bottom of my feet. Apparently they hadn't cleaned the floors yet this year. (This was June.)

Rooms didn’t have clean towels, soap, toilet paper any of the normal hotel amenities room was very dirty opened. One towel and clumps of hair fell out, had never been washed after someone died their hair, but was folded and put in a room.
