I wasn't expecting much but for the price the room was a good value. Breakfast was kinda small and only decaf coffee in room. But I would stay again. Front desk was very polite.

Most disgusting place I EVER STAED AT. It's unsafe for females to go there especially alone they don't have the handicap access rooms for nobody with disabilities or a disability room also. The owners last managers in denial of the place he's not fully understanding of the comprehension of how well disgusted I am and I'm really surprised that health inspector hasn't closed this place down because it's that freaking bad roaches were coming out of the bathrooms freaking tub the piping is bad and the bathroom roaches were coming out of the wall there's feces of roaches on top of the ceiling light they're soon they're coming out of the wall plugs and all kinds of other places blood stains on the freaking mattress the mattress hasn't been like changed over in years you could see everybody's damn stains that they had little little red dots on the sheets and the mattress also now I have bites on my body. Do yourself a favor and go to the next store motel 6 don't even book this place Expedia take these people especially this location off because it's on sanitary it's disgusting there should be no freaking reason to come into a disoriented unsanitary room. And the breakfast bar had roaches in the cereal I seen it climbing all over the counters like it was their own call to speak to the owner with this company and they were straight and denial they could have did some kind of compensation but they're so denial that the dirtiness is up their ass.hadvpower out

I paid for our room over a month ago. I paid for a non smoking king bed and walkin shower no tub. When we checked in they tell chuck they changed our room. He was like ok. We opened the room and we had double bed they look to be full sized beds, and a bathtub. I csnt stand up in the shower to take a bath so i needed the roll in shower cause it had a bench to set on...The toilet won't flush. And not even 5 minutes in the room and a roach runs out from underneath the closet door. There was no shampoo or soap and where. The mini fridge didn't work. There was dirt and hair madded up in the corners on the bathroom. And it looked like someone had pooped in the toilet and it couldnt flush so it was still there. I guess at least it is a non smoking room. They got that part right...

Room was full of roaches. There was no breakfast buffet like advertised, they had waffles and the batter was so liquidy it wouldn't cook . Coffee was ice cold and no condiments.

Made a reservation which apparently was emailed to them a few minutes after midnight. I arrived at 3am, front desk told me they stop checking reservations at midnight. Didnt know I had one, and had sold my room to someone else. Had no rooms available. Couldnt find any rooms, and had to sleep in my car in the 30 degree weather. Called Customer Service and Customer Complaint #'s. All they said was they verified what happened, and filed a report. No offer to compensate me in any way. When I flat out asked for something for the major inconvience of not getting any sleep and being awake for 30 hours, they told me, "we didnt charge you anything". Worst customer service.

Rooms didn’t have clean towels, soap, toilet paper any of the normal hotel amenities room was very dirty opened. One towel and clumps of hair fell out, had never been washed after someone died their hair, but was folded and put in a room.
