Ocean Dream House is our dream house and we want to share it with you. We assure you will have unbeatable, quality time together with your family. It has 4 rooms with air conditioning and 3.5 bathrooms. We have a private heated pool with a deck. We offer you an area with a perfect view for your long-awaited coffee of the day, a perfect swing for reading time or just a pleasant rest. The terrace has spectacular canopy furniture, comfortable for an incredible time socializing. We also offer you chairs to sit back and enjoy the sun. You have access to the grill and while you are waiting for your food to cook, enjoy the pool table or the domino table. Parking, Wifi, TV, Netflix are available and many extras. This house is pet friendly. The excellent location allows you to go to the beautiful Playa de Caza and Pesca, overlooking the Lighthouse. It is unforgivable not to enjoy the majestic sunset. Just 3 minutes by car you will have arrived at the Poza del Obispo and just 7 minutes to La Cueva del Indio. So as you see, there is plenty of entertainment if you just want to stay indoors or explore. You will not be disappointed!

Lamentablemente ofrecieron una piscina sin calentador. Nunca pudimos hacer la modificación para el acuerdo con el host. Nos retiramos el sábado durante la mañana y acordamos con el host el reembolso de la noche del domingo aunque nuestra solicitud era la devolución de las noches del sábado y domingo. La plataforma no nos permitío los cambios y siempre nos decía que nos comunicaramos con el host, lo que hicimos en múltiples ocasiones. Incluso llamaos en varias ocasiones a los numéros de teléfono de servicio al cliente,pero tampoco logramos comunicación. Los mensajes enviados y recibidos del host son la evidencia de nuestras reclamaciones.

The house was nice, the gate was hard to open and lock because the gate was rusty really bad, so rusty that it fell off the track and injured a family member. No extra toilet paper provided. Not enough trash bags and No hot water .The lock to the front door broke. Maintenance man was called a few times. He arrived asap to fix all issues. Owner and maintenance man nice people. Also no hot tub

Location, location, location!

The house is located across the street from a great beach and there are places to eat within a short walk. The town of Arecibo is a short drive away and we shopped for groceries and fun gifts. The prices were really low compared to mainland US, although sit-down restaurants are as expensive as on the mainland. Our party of 9, including 2 children, found the house to be perfect. There was space to spread out and the swimming pool was a big attraction. A cozy nook outside the front door faces the beach and was a popular spot for reading and listening to the waves crash.On the downside, the internet router was not working and we did not complain to the host about it since we had brought a starlink with us. The kitchen pans and dishes are minimal, we could have used a few more drinking glasses. Bathrooms were nicely tiled, but hot water ran out after one shower. Neighbor's dogs are loud barkers, which isn't the host's fault. The power was out island-wide during our stay - for 3 days. This made our stay a little different from most, although so many people have generators that this must happen frequently in Puerto Rico.

Not quite what was listed

Our family booked this house and wanted to share some info in case you decide to book. Here are a few things to note: There is not a hot tub, you have to provide your own toilet paper, the WiFi does not work (despite confirming a week before arrival that it would work), air conditioning is in bedrooms only, but did not work in one of the bedrooms, house is between two run down homes, one of which has at least four dogs living there that bark all night, and house is on a busy street. There are some beautiful beaches nearby and the food and drinks at Acapulco (two doors down) were great.

Lack of maintenance

Only advantage of this property is near to beach but otherwise the house is not clean, Wi-Fi not available, tv not working and rooms are not clean with lot of sands everywhere in the house. Kitchen fridge was not working, overall cleanliness and facilities of the house are not great.we also saw spider webs in living room which was scary.

Love this place!

Very comfortable and well equipped place. Great place to enjoyed with your family and friends. The host was very approachable and always answered quickly. Highly recommended! I love this place.
