  • Charming villa with private swimming pool on the hills near Arezzo, Tuscany.
    This property has been recently renovated. Inside, this villa has lovely interiors and it's fuelly equipped with any possible comfort. Outside, it is provided a large garden with private swimming pool and an outdoor patio furnishe with barbecue, table and chair for al-fresco dining. Villa Marietta is just a short drive away from Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona and Chiana Valley.
    At guests' disposal WI-FI internet connection (free wi-fi), air-conditioning in each bedroom, large common areas, private swimming pool (14m x 5m; depth: 1,40m), private garden, outdoor area (by the kitchen) furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, 2 baby beds (on request at the time of the reservation), shower room by the pool with 2 showers, parking

We have just returned from a glorious week at this villa. A beautiful house in lovely grounds with a well maintained and perfect sized pool. Great for a large group of friends or family as there is so much space for everyone to relax. Sit outside in the evening around the large table with a glass of wine and the bbq lit, what better way is there to spend a summer evening.
