The Space:
Dolce Casa 1 by Tiny Away is a lovely tiny house retreat located in Rigutino, 17km away from Arezzo, Italy. A 40 square meter plot with a front garden area surrounded by lush greenery, fresh air, and the quiet ambiance of Arezzo.
A comfortable stay of 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will a second tiny house called "Dolce Casa 2" on the same property. If you want to book in groups (up to 6 people), please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas.

Dolce Casa 1 by Tiny Away is located in the rural town of Rigutino, in the province of Arezzo, Tuscany, and an hour's drive away from Florence, where you can enjoy thermal baths, natural parks, restaurants, and historical sites.
Our tiny house is also close to towns and cities such as Florence, Arezzo, Assisi, Siena, and Cortona. You can spend your days at thermal baths, wine tasting, organising historical tours, bike rides, horse rides, and various hikes.
Arezzo is a fantasti destination for food lovers, with standout dining spots such as Il Vicolo di Civitella, Terramira, Caffe Vasari, Lievito Indigeno, and Dona dei Monti, all offering authentic Tuscan flavors and excellent wines.
Beyond its culinary scene, Arezzo is rich in history and culture, featuring landmarks like Piazza Grande, the Cathedral, the Basilica di San Francesco, and Piazza del Duomo. Nearby, the charming hilltop town of Cortona—featured in *Under the Tuscan Sun*—is well worth a visit.
For outdoor adventures, explore the scenic trails of Parco di Lignano and Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi, enjoy vineyard views from Porta San Giovanni, take a hot-air balloon ride over Chianti, or discover the countryside by bike with rentals from Steels Bike Center.

There is no need 2WD or 4WD.
Other Things to Note:
- Pets are not allowed
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Don't forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g. especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
