A beautiful villa in a peaceful, stunning location.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful, stunning location. Loved the outdoor seating area. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and lovely bars with live music. A very reliable, friendly taxi service in Latchi for days out. Would highly recommend and will be back!

Wonderful villa and location

Easy to relax at the private pool, and to wander 5 mins to the sea. The beach is stony but the swimming is excellent when the sea is calm. We found good local restaurants and also enjoyed eating in Polis. Surrounded by fruit groves of lemons and oranges. Barn swallows have their nests in the eaves and offer an astonishing aerial display .

My wife,myself and our two grandchildren had a marvelous holiday in Argaka despite the unusually high temperatures. We were slightly dissapointed that there was no aircon downstairs but upon contacting the owner we were promptly supplied with second large fan which was adequate to keep us cool. The owner's son (who came to clean the pool every day without fail) was instrumental in assisting us to hire a car although I had forgotten my licence) which made a huge difference to our holiday. All in all, a lovely holiday.

This was such a lovely place to stay. We oved being there! We had plenty of room, and there was everything we needed all provided for us. The pool is excellent. We arrived really late (almost 2am after a late flight and collecting a rental car) so we didn't get to see the pool until next morning. I noticed that it had a layer of dead bugs on the surface so I contacted the agents to ask if there was a filter to be switched on, or a net available. To be fair they advised that the pool had been thoroughly cleaned the day before (they weren't to know we were arriving so late) so a day's worth of bugs had accrued! They were excellent - sent a maintenance guy around within an hour and he cleaned the pool, and I found out that a net was provided which I used daily from thereon to keep it nice and clean. The location was perfect for me - so quiet peaceful and private and nobody overlooking anything. Views from the bedroom balconies are just beautiful - just fields and the sea! The outside area was just lovely, nice dining table with shade and even a sofa area. Sunchairs, a parasol and a proper shaded area when the sun gets too much (for my fair skin!). Loved to walk down to the Irish bar for a cold drink and play cards in the evening listening to the waves. Less than 10 mins in the car to Polis which had lovely restaurants, coffee bars, and large supermarkets. I will 100% return here. And please look after the adorable kittens who live in the bushes in the garden if you visit!
