VILLA LIMONE SUITE consists of: living area with sofa and TV, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom. The apartment has lake views from every window and is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and heating.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONStep inside and feel instantly at home. The bright living room invites you to slow down — sink into the sofa with a glass of local wine, or enjoy a candlelit dinner at the rustic wooden table. Large windows frame breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, turning every moment into a postcard scene.

The bedroom is a true highlight: wake up every morning with a spectacular panorama of lake and sky, with the water’s gentle shimmer greeting you. Step outside and you have direct access to a shared garden — a peaceful green oasis where you can relax with a book, sip your morning coffee, or simply breathe in the fresh lake air.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a leisurely breakfast or a romantic dinner for two, while the modern bathroom with walk-in shower offers a fresh, comfortable start and end to your day.

The apartment can accommodate 2 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi.

The apartment does not have air conditioning, but ceiling fans are available for guests' use.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGThe flat does not have a private parking space. Free public parking spaces are available from 200 to 500 metres away.

VILLA LIMONE can only be reached on foot along a short stretch of road. The entrance is on the first floor of an old historical residence. The flat is internally arranged on one floor.ARGEGNO & SURROUNDINGSArgegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature.

On Monday mornings, there is a market on the Lungo Lago di Argegno: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand!

There are 2 small grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest supermarket is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have arrived at your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

In the centre of Argegno, the boat and bus stop will be at your disposal. We recommend travelling by car, as the flat has nearby public parking spaces that are free of charge. Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour's drive away.

We therefore advise against staying in the flat for people who are light sleepers or sensitive.

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.00 per night, per person.

In the winter period heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 7.00 / day.

It is forbidden not to separate waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.

According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest's personal identity document will be requested. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill in the online form that will be sent 7 days before check-in.
