The apartment is located on the first floor of a beachfront residence. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, two-burner gas hob, and dishwasher. It can accommodate four people: one queen-size bed (160 cm) in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also includes a washing machine and air conditioning. Its main advantage is a 9m² terrace facing the sea with an awning.

The "Les Templiers" residence is a building without an elevator located right on the beach. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. The building is situated in the area known as "Plage Nord" (North Beach). It's an ideal location for a holiday stay.
