Only on the 1st floor of a house facing the sea, this apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea with the rising sun. You have direct access to the beach and pedestrian walk and trees (no road to cross). At the heart of the center of Argeles beach, you will find nearby free public parking, shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, entertainment, ...

Completely renovated, this air-conditioned accommodation of 85m² can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 and a folding bed (double 140) to be installed in the living room if necessary, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a bathroom. private water to a room and a toilet.

All linen, water, electricity, tourist taxes and internet are included in the rental price.

Tolle Wohnung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten
Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr sauber und gespflegt, sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal (Nähe zum Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Bars, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel), allerdings ist man dadurch in der Hauptsaison wirklich "mittendrin", was zum Beispiel auch bedeutet, dass sich die Parkplatzsuche schwierig gestalten kann.
