「The apartment has two balconies with view to the street, it is in the heart of Alto Palermo, near by restaurants, mall, shops and transportation by bus and subway. Palermo is one of the best areas with beatiful parks to walk.」

「The towels arrived stained and didn’t feel clean. There was a leak from the shower that caused a bad smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. The couch was also heavily stained and quite dirty. There is a lot of noise coming from the street, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, there was no flexibility at all regarding late check-out. Other than that, the apartment is relatively spacious and modern. 」

「This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The place has nothing to do with the photo. I was in a dangerous situation, received no help from Expedia, and no response from the host. All the good service I had received up to that point was thrown away in this terrible mess Expedia put me in.」

「No ofrecen servicio de limpieza durante la estadía. El desayuno es un jugo en caja 2 tajadas de pan y 1 fruta. Luego se escucha todo el ruido y llegan los olores de los otros departamentos. Y no logra uno estar tranquilo y dormir bien.」
