「Stunning Villa with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and really beautiful. Loved the blackout blinds as well. Laundry is available for use which was great for us after four weeks of traveling. Special mention to Andra who went above and beyond for us really appreciate everything she did. Only area for improvement would be breakfast, could be a bit less clunky with the ordering system etc and our order was always a bit wrong. Quality of the food was really good...

「Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. If you cancel a confirmed booking on guests standing in your lobby at...

「This is a veritable gem of a place, surrounded by the fabulous Piedmont scenery wherever you turn. Carlo, his wife and their team were superb, a warm and friendly welcome, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel facilities are good, with everything you might expect in the room, and the bonus of a beautiful peaceful garden and terrace, where meals can be served, and a lovely pool. But, above all, the food produced by Carlo almost defies description! It is simply, in my view, just of the...
