「Hosts were exceptional. We were running late for a tour upon arrival and they expedited check in to assure we made the tour on time. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Having on site parking in an ideal location for touring Ravenna was a HUGE plus. Don't hesitate to book here!」
「We truly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous property with spacious rooms. Elegant living room and nice patio garden. Great location in center of the old city district.」
「This property is beautiful. It's an old building but it's beautiful. It even has a fresco in one of the public rooms. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it had air conditioning. It does have an elevator but depending on where your room is you might have to go up/down a few steps. The staff helped with our bags and answered all our questions. Breakfast was really nice.
The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old city. Ravenna is a beautiful old city full of gorgeous...
「The hotel is just on the edge of a Limited Traffic Zone, so if you're arriving by car, make sure you let the hotel know; if you do that, they can not only arrange your pass for the LTZ, they can also authorise you for the local car parks. That done, ditch the car and enjoy Ravenna's historic Byzantine sites and stylish evening atmosphere...」
We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
