“It was fine. Large apartment, a little dated. The area of the city was ok looking, but full of trash. Very nice and helpful staff.”

“In each mid night, there are strong music noise and you can't sleep well. Reception people attitude not good and not helpful. There are many many ants in room. Not allow to bring room any food. Overall worst experience. ”

“This hotel is a nightmare. My belongings were stolen, including my phone and cash. The people at the reception didn’t care at all. I felt trapped and terrified. I had to beg to use a phone just to contact my family for help to leave. Never stay here — it’s unsafe and dishonest. ”

“Although I called 48 hours beforehand to let them know when I was arriving, I never heard back. When I arrived, I couldn't contact the agency because the address given was incorrect. (The person responsible said he had lost his mobile for 6 hours.) It took 3 hours to contact him. A very nice lady who saw I was in need of help took me to her home and called him. However, she even took me to the correct address which he gave her. After that, the stay was nice other than the upstairs neighbors……
