「Les the owner was fantastic. Nikola the property agent was amazing and now a friend. We stayed for month of June. All our guests were simply amazed with property; the sunsets (better than Santorini) and Kalamata. We loved it so much not only will we return but maybe try to buy a place. Best review I can give. 「Nice apartment with small kitchen. Comfortable bed and very friendly host who personally meet and greet you at the door. Street parking is a bit challenging, but possible and took about 5-10 min to find a parking spot. About 10 min walk from city center one way or marina other way. 5 min walk to supermarket. 」

「Everything about the property was lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The welcome was excellent and the views from the property were lovely. However, sadly the fact that outside the entrance to our room were approximately 6 cats so we couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air. Such a shame as we were very happy with the accommodation.」

「The house is huge and our teenagers had their own world on the rooftop. Very “Instagramable” location. My wife and I and our 8 year old boy enjoyed the rest of the house. We never went to a beach - there is simply no need, because 3 meters from you door is the sea with outdoor shower, too. 「We had an amazing three day stay at Filoxenia last week! The service was second to none! Everyone from the front desk, maids, wait staff were exceptional. 「Great location that is NOT directly in Kalamata. 5 minutes drive down the street to all the action. No problem parking (in May). Staff were all extremely helpful and professional.
