I wasn’t expecting much for such a small, out of the way hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised. Clean and quiet and very nice staff. Breakfast was mid, but that’s kind of the norm for this kind of hotel.

There is a $100 refundable deposit to stay here. It takes about 2 day for it to come back on your card. The property for the price is great though

Quaint Downtown Studio
Its very cute and very small. But it suited our needs perfectly as we weren't there alot. The kitchen was fully equipped and the parking was close. It was quiet and secure at night. The host was very responsive and pleasant when we had questions. I would for sure stay again!

Cozy two-bedroom house with central heat and air. Close to downtown Ark City.
Brandon was wonderful in allowing us to alter our schedule and the house was great. Quiet neighborhood and near everything we needed.

The Charming Chestnut
My family has stayed here many times the past few years and it's such a great house with plenty of space!! So cute and has so much character!The beds are comfy and just love this house!!
