Holiday home on a quiet, shady, private property
In the middle of centuries-old olive trees lies the Mas des Oliviers. For rent are two holiday houses as well as an apartment in the main house.
On this 1.5 ha (15,000 m²) park-like property you will always find a quiet place to relax, even during the high season.
Your 60m² house welcomes you in its very spacious living/dining room, equipped with a comfortable sitting area and large dining table. In the separate kitchen you have plenty of space to cook even larger menus. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and all the usual cooking utensils. Furthermore there is a quiet bedroom with a large double bed (200 x 160 cm), a second bedroom with single bed and a shower room with toilet. To the south/east side a terrace with garden furniture. The house is very well insulated and therefore does not heat up too much in summer, but on the other hand it is easy and quick to heat up in the colder season. For cosy evenings by the fire, there is a decorative wood-burning stove. The car parking space is located within the fenced property directly in front of the holiday home.

Bedings/towels:
Bedings/towels are not included in the rent. Usually, our guests come by car and bring their own bedings/towels. For guests coming by plane and cannot bring their items, we have bedings/towels to rent. The rental-fee is 15 euros per person.
The cleaning fee is 50 euros if you don't want to clean up the appartment by yourself at the end of your stay.
We advise to subscribe an insurance in case you have to cancel your stay for health reason or others..

Famileinurlaub mit Badestränden, Bergdörfern und schönen Märkten
Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub in der Nähe von Arles. Die Unterkunft hat gut zu uns gepasst, der Pool hat auch im Oktober noch zum Baden eingeladen. Wir haben uns bei Brigitt und Peter sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hatten gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hält nicht, was es verspricht
Die Lage des Ferienhauses, der große Garten bzw Olivenhain, der Pool, das Haus selbst, alles wirklich sehr schön, wenn da nicht ein paar “Kleinigkeiten” wären:
Alles wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nicht mehr so gepflegt und geschmückt. Das Gartenhaus gleicht einem Gerümpellager, in dem man sich aus den schon sehr gebrauchten Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen das Beste heraus sucht. Die zum Haus gehörende Terrasse sollte dringend etwas freigeschnitten werden, eine vernünftige Außenbeleuchtung wäre schön. Von den schönen Blumen und Sonnenschirmen am Pool im Inserat war leider nichts mehr zu sehen. Im Haus passt soweit alles, wenn da nicht die Küche wäre. Extrem unpraktisch eingerichtet, den Küchenutensilien sieht und merkt man ihr Alter mehr als deutlich an, das Geschirr inzwischen durch Ersatzkäufe ein ziemliches Durcheinander, Schränke klemmen usw. Das Kochen hat hier definitiv keinen Spass gemacht. Da wir gerne selbst kochen, war dieser Ort für uns eher ungeeignet. Da sind wir wohl auf eine frühere Bewertung hereingefallen. So unterschiedlich können Sichtweisen sein.
Die am Grundstück vorbei führende Straße ist recht dominant. Vor allem in den Morgenstunden, wenn der Schlaf schon recht leicht ist, empfand ich den Lärm der Autos als störend. Klar, Fenster zu und Ruhe, aber bei weit über 20 Grad und ohne Klimaanlage…..
Die Vermieter haben wir nicht kennengelernt, aber der Sohn war als Ansprechpartner da.

Sehr schönes Anwesen
Wir waren als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern dort. Der Pool war direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Kinder konnten so Schwimmen lernen. Es gab diverse Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, für die Eltern viel Platz zum Ausruhen und entspannen. Jederzeit wieder!

Unvergessliche Tage bei Brigitte und Peter
Unser Aufenthalt war herrlich. Besser konnte es nicht sein. Wir hatten das Haus beim Pool. Hier fühlten wir uns so wohl. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Geräumig und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die sehr gut ausgestattete grosse Küche ist hervorzuheben. Wer kochen liebt, fühlt sich hier geborgen. Das Haus mit dem grossen Umschwung ist traumhaft. Eine Oase der Ruhe. Die Vermieter sind äusserst herzlich und behilflich, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Mit Ihnen zusammen haben wir viele gemeinsame und genussvolle Stunden erlebt. Ihre Ratschläge sind äusserst dienlich. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder.

Très agréables
Logement confortable dans un environnement très agréable.
Le jardin est grand et arboré (pas que des oliviers). Les enfants apprécient beaucoup.
Les hôtes sont charmants.
On se réveille avec le soleil passant au travers des branches d'olivier. (il y'a rideau et volet, pour ceux qui préfèrent).
C'est un havre de paix au milieu des oliviers, hors de la ville tout en étant proche des commodités. (supermarché à 6-8min en voiture)
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, pour le logement, le jardin et la prévenance et disponibilité de nos hôtes chaleureux.
Par contre, Il était un peu tôt dans la saison (encore frais les nuits) pour profiter de la piscine. il faudra qu'on revienne :-)

ein wunderschöner Ort
Die FeWo liegt in einem alten Olivenhain etwas außerhalb von Arles, den die Familie Arnold mit viel Liebe bewirtschaftet. Sie sind wunderbare Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die FeWo ist gut ausgestattet (sogar deutsches Satelliten-TV!), aber der wahre Urlaubsgenuss sind der Garten und der Pool. Nachmittags kommen Nachbars Hühner auf einen Besuch vorbei, und abends gibt es ein Froschkonzert am Gartenteich. Einfach Idyllisch!
Die FeWo ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren nach Arles, Avignon, Aix oder Nimes oder in die Camargue und ans Mittelmeer - alle Ziele sind binnen einer Stunde erreichbar. Für das leibliche Wohl ist in 3 km Entfernung ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und mehrere Bäcker und in 6 km ein großes Einkaufszentrum.
Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die FeWo uneingeschränkt.

Glücklich im Olivenhain
Das Haus ist von einem wunderschönen Olivenhain umgeben - dort kann man auf den Liegestühlen in der Sonne liegen, im Garten grillen oder am Samstag den großartigen Markt in Arles besuchen ... und vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man den großen Pool. Zusätzlich sind Brigitt und Peter auch noch sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies.

Vacances au calme dans la nature
Propriétaire très accueillant et au petits soins, appartement de plain pied donnant sur une piscine et magnifique parc avec oliveraie, pinède, jardin et terrasse avec barbecue. Manque de chance, le soleil n'était pas très présent mais nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Tolle Unterkunft an großem Olivenhain mit Pool, Terrasse und netten, deutschsprachigen Vermietern
Das Haus ist großzügig und durchdacht gestaltet, sauber und super ausgestattet. Die idyllische Terrasse am Olivenhain lockt zum gemütlichen Verweilen, und vom Wohnzimmer aus kann man fast in den großen Pool springen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vom Haus aus kann man in recht kurzen Fahrzeiten super viel unternehmen. Vielfältige Einkaufsmöglchkeiten gibt es nur ca. 3 km entfernt. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es noch 2 weitere Gästeunterkünfte, doch man stört sich gegenseitig überhaupt nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur gerne empfehlen.

Paradise at Arles
We can only be very positive about this holiday home in the surroundings of Arles. The very friendly, helpful and discrete owners, the clean and very comfortable house, the stunning pool right outside the doorstep, the big garden with olive trees and a lot of flowers, a lot of beautiful and interesting places to visit nearby... they all made our holiday here unforgettable. We were really sad to leave this place and would love to come again!
