This visit was markedly less pleasant than previous ones. Service desk was not adequately staffed, long waits for service while a large group was checked in one day and a long telephone conversation with a customer on the other day. Once service manager turned to me he was professional and helpful. I had to call attention to a mishap with a dog defecating in the doorway which the service manager did not notice because he was so busy. When we got to our room the light in the bathroom was out. Service manager got someone to fix it fast. In the morning there was no consistent hot water in shower...ended up taking cold shower. Not what you expect in a Residence Inn., We appreciated being moved to another room but it was markedly smaller than the one we had been in.

Great location and good sized rooms. Our particular unit seemed more outdated than others and bathtub/shower wasn’t as clean as it could be. Beds and kitchen were great though. One of us also stepped on a shard of broken glass on the carpet. Breakfast was fine with some variation every day. Parking directly under hotel was a little pricy but worth it for convenience. All the staff we interacted either were friendly and helpful. The biggest downside was the sofa which was not comfortable at all and super noisy anytime someone sat down. Not good enough to use as a bed imo
