“I filtered for an entire place, but this is actually a basement unit with people living above, which greatly affected privacy and noise. You can clearly hear upstairs activity, even toilet flushing, which defeats the purpose of a private rental.I booked this stay so I could cook, but there is no oven and no freezer (not disclosed). “All of the above. Really was impressed by the friendly welcoming staff & the ease of staying in a clean & comfortable place. The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall. The overall hotel was a true sanctuary away from the chaos that is fairly constant in Pattaya City. Lisa”

“Very well-stocked home in a beautiful setting. It was very private and lovely to see the whales out in the water. Bald eagles floated past the big bay windows and there is lovely hiking just minutes away. The beds and bedding are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook, and there are a few places close to go for supplies. There are 43 steps down to the front door through a series of 5 staircases. If you have any mobility issues, this would be a difficult stay. ”

The hosts were very accommodating and had solutions for any of our issues. Highly recommend for families and couples.”
