"Our room (516) had a couple of funky odors. The main room smelled as if a pet had had an accident that was not properly cleaned and the bathroom smelled as if maybe it needed a shower curtain change or maybe new grout. Like the smell was more than a good cleaning could cure. It would have been a great room if not for that. The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly! We used the pool and it was ok. The pool table needs a couple new cues but we still enjoyed it. We planned to use the workout center but ended up not so can’t comment on that and breakfast was better than I thought it might be. More choices than I expected and not just the run of the mill hotel breakfast options. "

"Very clean. Appreciated the free 530kickback snack(which was more like dinner) so much to choose from and great free breakfast. Just as a side note if you have a truck larger than an S10 they will not be able to valet it and you will have to park it 2 blocks away. We called ahead to ask if they would be able to park our 3500 and were told yes by the front desk just to find out from the valet that no they could not that was the only part that was not excellent in our stay. "

"This place is a hidden gem! I've never experienced anything like it. I dont want to give too much away because i feel like they don't know what they have. Amazing view of downtown in an apartment type setting. This place isn't like a traditional hotel, it is my favorite place downtown. "

"Had to wait an hour after check-in time to get our room. We walked in and the lobby was full of guests with luggage waiting for their room. I walked up to the desk and they got my last name and told me the rooms weren't ready because they were sold out the night prior due to the Journey concert and rooms were sold out the night I was staying due to the Three Days Grace concert and they can only flip rooms so quickly. Told me to take a seat and it would be 15-20 minutes. An hour later my name was called to get my room. A gentleman before me asked if they could have an extra hour before checkout, free parking, or drink tickets to make up the time and the lady said no we can't do anything for you it is what it is. We got to the room and it was fine/average. The shower wasn't very clean and they only gave us 1 bath towel. The bar was nice in the lobby but overpriced. Only good thing was the convenience to the arena."

"Room had some stains on the sofa and the bathtub had something hard stuck to the bottom (like paint?) I was able to scratch some off with my fingernail but not all of it. Staff was very friendly and location is great. Nice breakfast. Would still stay again. "
