The room was great, loved the beach chic decor & very clean. Staff were very welcoming & amenities very good. My only complaint is having to pay extra per day for use of the safe. Hotel safes are standard for this grade of hotel. To pay extra per day to use it in the room is like being charged to use the hairdryer - it's just a negative angst against an otherwise great hotel experience.

Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast good for price point.

Beautiful Hotel

Beautiful hotel will be going back.The rooms were lovely and all the food and cocktails at the bar and entertainment were brilliant.Great location as the hotel is near everything.very friendly staff.only thing i can mark it down on is the aircon very hot bedrooms and the dining room at breakfast time was so hot apart from that it was wonderful

H10 was a lovely hotel, very clean, lovely staff and very relaxed ambiance. Our initial issue with our room was very quickly and efficiently dealt with, no fuss or drama, just moved to another upgraded room without question, very reassuring. Los Christianos is a lovely quiet haven, filled to the brim with quality bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. A nice peaceful relaxing break was just what was needed and H10 hotel did not disappoint.

This was my first ever solo holiday and I loved it. Hotel felt safe and was lovely that it was adults only too. Room was clean and bathroom had everything you needed. Will be back for sure!

Nice hotel. We would return

Hotel was really nice. Staff were amazing. Lot of older people in the hotel which was fine. Couple of the parts of the hotel could do with some TLC such as handles and paintwork around communal areas and toilets where there was dirt from use and marks. Breakfast was decent. We disnt eat in the restaurant at night as we wanted to go out and try other places

Great location easy to walk to beach & restaurants. Breakfast is ok if you don’t mind same thing everyday. Dinner was included in our stay but after 1st evening we didn’t go back it was awful. We upgraded our room so we had sun-beds & a balcony facing the sea which was a beautiful view but rooms are in desperate need of renovations old & tired bedding & towels also need to be renewed. Staff are all really lovely & helpful if the hotel had a revamp & bedding & towels were renewed it would be a lovely hotel it’s definitely not a 4 star it’s 3 at a push.

We went for "nice" not "price" when we booked, and we certainly got nice. I was surprised at check in as had booked breakfast buffet only with the room, but was told it was full board. We didn't eat every meal at the hotel. as we like exploring places to eat. The room was great, spaciously with an excellent sea view. The only very slight criticism we would have is the food at the breakfast buffet was not very hot. But we had a great stay and would not hesitate in staying there again

An older by modernised hotel with amazing views of Los Cristianos Harbour. Right by the beach and several bars and restaurants. Very nice buffet with freshly cooked meats and stir fries as well as the usual salads etc. Staff very helpful. Not a very large pool area, but a nice pool. Air conditioning was not very good and we had to have the balcony door open to let air in. There was quite a loud noise from outside the room door which was probably the lift. We only booked for one night last minute as our flight was cancelled, but we enjoyed our stay.
