From here, there is access to a small outdoor terrace, ideal for breakfast or relaxing in the open air.

It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and ensure a good night’s rest. The bathroom includes a shower and everything needed for day-to-day use.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and washing machine, making it suitable for both short and long stays.

Located in the Residencial Altemar, the complex offers a communal swimming pool to enjoy Tenerife’s climate all year round. Its location provides quick access to beaches, restaurants and shopping areas in the south of the island.

Swimming pool hours: winter from 10:00 to 20:00 and summer from 10:00 to 21:00.

Check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional charge depending on the arrival time. On 24 and 31 December, check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 carries a surcharge.
