This felt like a mass budget hotel. The staff appears to be under substantial stress, and reacts without politeness or readiness to help. We felt an absence of care or hospitality. We would unfortunately not intend to return to this hotel.

The room was clean, breakfast nice (though could have had more options), the balcony was gorgeous and the spa was amazing. It was lacking a few basic amenities like conditioner, a mini fridge, espresso capsules for each day. The room was also quite tight for two people to stay in. But overall this was made up for by the atmosphere of the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Kids friendly and good food!

We all enjoy our stay in Faern Arosa Altein, we really liked the food. We liked the fact that the hotel (and seemly the whole town) is very welcoming for children. They even got to try the Spa!
