It is located in the new Waldheim development, just below the centre – so everything is within walking distance, yet you still have your peace and quiet. The newly renovated Marmotta apartment is located in the new Waldheim development, just below the centre. It offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and being close to the centre. A really cosy atmosphere has been created in the 48m² space. The beautiful bathroom is particularly eye-catching – with a wonderfully large bathtub in which you are sure to find relaxation. The interior design also features a great lighting concept that bathes the apartment in warm, cosy light.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) waiting for you, and the sofa bed in the living room, with a mattress of the same size, is also a fully-fledged place to sleep – ideal if you are travelling with small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the in-house washing machine and dryer in the apartment is particularly practical.
