Tolles Hotel mit herrlichem Spa, ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal, schönen Zimmern und schöner Umgebung. Hier macht der Aufenthalt sogar bei regnerischem Wetter Freude beim Verweilen im Hotel.

Der Service war durchweg aufmerksam, professionell und herzlich – man merkt, dass hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Das Essen war exzellent: kreative, hochwertige Küche auf konstant hohem Niveau. Auch das Ambiente, die Sauberkeit und die Lage mitten in der Natur waren top. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Entspanntes Skiweekend in Arosa

Skiwochenende in Arosa mit einem schönen Skitag. Das Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen, guter und freundlicher Service und Betreuung der Gäste. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gerade noch den letzten erwischt. Ansonsten wäre es mit 20.- Zuschlag pro Nacht in der Tiefgarage möglich gewesen.

Fantastisches Hotel mit Super Wellnessbereich!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Waldhotel Arosa und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Dass das Wohl des Gastes ihnen sehr wichtig ist, hat man seit dem ersten Kontakt direkt gemerkt. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr modern und bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich optimal zu entspannen. Auch die Ruheräume sind mit sehr angenehmen Betten und Sesseln ausgestattet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Hôtel superbe, bien placé et très bien aménagé dans les parties communes. Très bon petit déjeuner mais propreté à revoir et état de la salle de bain vraiment limité. Service moyen, loin du std d’un 4 étoiles. Ils font beaucoup de chichis mais n’ont pas « la base » (propreté et bon service, dont service de restauration)

Wir haben dieses "4-Sterne-superior"-Hotel über hotels.com gebucht, und eine Zusatznacht direkt beim Hotel telefonisch hinzugebucht. Ankunft: Es gab genug Parkplätze, Der Empfang war einwandfrei. Das Zimmer war jedoch nicht 4*s (siehe Bilder). Die Bilder auf der Website des Hotels zeigen ganz andere Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage erklärte man uns, dass circa 30 Zimmer noch so aussähen, der Rest sei schon renoviert. Auf meinen Einwand, dass diese Zimmer nicht dem gebuchten 4*s-Standard entsprächen, wurde mir beschieden, dass "viele Gäste den rustikalen Charme dieser Zimmer zu schätzen wüssten". Beim Frühstück mussten wir unseren Tisch selber suchen, da niemand im Saal war, der uns an den durch das Hotel zugewiesenen Tisch führen konnte. Der Wellness-Bereich ist schön, wenn auch etwas unlogisch angeordnet. So muss man z.B. von der Finnischen Sauna aus zwei Ruheräume durchqueren, um zum Kaltwasserbad, der Kübeldusche und dem Eisbrunnen zu gelangen. Leider gab es auch Gäste, die den Sinn des Wortes "textilfrei" nicht verstehen. Eine Masseurin entschied eigenmächtig, eine andere als die gebuchte Massage durchzuführen. Ein Abendessen im "Kachelofa-Stübli" (16 Gault-Millau-Punkte) liess ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Versalzene Hauptgänge und das Nichtvorhandensein einer zweiten Flasche des georderten Weines enttäuschten. Für die zweite Nacht verrechnete das Hotel CHF 430.- Zuviel für das Gebotene. Unsere Arosa-Skiwoche im Februar haben wir in einem anderen 4*-Hotel gebucht.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen bei Halbpension als 5-Gang-Menü mit sehr guter Qualität, Frühstücksbuffet top, Buffet wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt. Es gab immer auch zum Abendessen kostenloses Wasser. Sauna Bereich sehr schön, nicht besonders groß, wird aber auch nicht von sehr vielen Gästen benutzt, daher für die Erholung nach einem aktiven Tag vollkommen ausreichend. Nettes Hotel kurz vor Saisonende

Da wir uns sehr kurzfristig entschlossen hatten, waren nicht mehr viele Zimmer verfügbar (grosse Gruppe). Unser Zimmer war schön (wahrscheinlich renoviert) und sauber aber ziemlich klein. Bad schön, uns aber fehlte die Tür zur Dusche, denn so hatten wir jedes Mal eine ziemliche Überschwemmung im Bad. Wir konnten die tolle Dusche gat nicht richtig geniessen, weil wir so aufpassen mussten. Sehr schade. Obwohl auf der Website noch vermerkt, war das Gourmetrestaurant bereits geschlossen, was wir sehr bedauerten. Der Service im Restaurant am 1. Abend war durchzogen; gewisse Leute waren aufmerksamer als die anderen. So hätte man z.B. unbedingt merken sollen, dass wir zum Salat kein Brot mehr hatten. Frühstücksbuffet hingegen sehr gut. Am zweiten Tag war der Service viel aufmerksamer, vielleicht auch, weil ich Geburtstag hatte? Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt mit nettem, freundlichem Persnal. Wir würden sicher wiederkommen, aber nur, wenn ein grösseres Zimmer frei wäre. Sag niemals nie!

Zimmerwahl entscheidet

Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet, keine freie Sitzwahl. Wellness mit diversen Saunen; Sprudelbäder oder Hotpots sucht man vergebens. Einige Zimmer (billigste Kat.) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Minibar wird nur auf Wunsch gefüllt. Die Zimmer sind nicht schallisoliert. Das Personal klopfte schon um 0900 Uhr und wollte das Zimmer reinigen - obwohl am selben Tag ausgecheckt wurde. Die Bar/Lounge ist gemütlich, teilweise mit Live-Musik. Die Speisekarte um 1600 Uhr ist sehr beschränkt.

Perfekter Skiurlaub

Direkt vom Hotel auf die Piste. Schön gelegen. Mit Charme und trotzdem auf dem Stand der Zeit. Empfehlenswert!
