The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. 「I have stayed here multiple times, and I love the simplicity of everything, the food is really good from a person who enjoys the local cuisine, the location is convenient, the rooms are spacious, and kept clean and bug free. the staff are pleasant, cordial, helpful. All around great experience but I don't look for perfection just consideration, and a true desire to support a good customer experience.」
