Welcome to this 17m² studio completely renovated in 2019. Ideal for couples, solo travelers or business trips. Located just 10 minutes walk from the train station (800m) and 15 minutes walk from the city center, you will be won over by the modern decoration and the cleanliness of the accommodation.

THE STUDIO IS CONSTITUTED:
- A fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 2 people
- A real comfortable bed 140 / 190cm
- A separate bathroom with shower and private wc
- A large closet
- Armchairs and coffee table
- Free parking in front of the building

EQUIPMENT:
- 1 TV
- Wifi (fiber)
- Double bed (140x190) with possibility of adding a folding bed
- Cooktops, fridge, microwave / grill, coffee maker, dishes, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals

Cleaning option: + 30 € / stay (if you don't want to do it yourself)
