Wir lieben diese ruhige Anlage direkt an der Concha-Bucht mit ihrer 12 km langen Strandpromenade gelegen. Die Wohnungen und ganz besonders die Außenanlagen sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wer da aber drüber wegsehen kann, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, da der Preis auch dementsprechend angemessen ist. Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über eine vollverglaste Terrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzecke……
