Amazing
My family and I stayed in this villa for just under two weeks and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful from the interior to the exterior, you can tell a lot of attention to detail has been put into the villa by the owners. Yoanna, the property manager, is an extremely lovely woman, our flight was delayed so we arrived later than expected but Yoanna still greeted us with a smile on her face and was very attentive to our children, who now have been calling her ‘Auntie Yoanna’. Every night in the main room you can hear the waves crashing by the sea, which made for a peaceful sleep. The villa has air conditioning throughout so it is very easy to relax when you’re inside. The location of the villa is perfect if you would like to escape to the quieter side of the island, with the beach at the back door being one of the quieter beaches, which is nice to have access to. This villa is perfect to visit as a family, group or as a couple. There is nothing negative to say at all and if you are thinking of booking you definitely should. A massive thank you to Oliver, Yoanna and the lovely cleaner, we will definitely be returning.

Amazing house
This house is beautifully designed, incredibly private, well decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped. The views are outstanding and it is situated in a quiet area with a great walking/biking path outside the back gate. The hosts and house manager were very efficient, attentive and welcoming. They also provided many suggestions on things to do on the island. I can't wait to go back for another visit.

Villa del Mar è una favola, ancora meglio che in foto.
Arredata con gusto, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli, luminosa, ampi spazi, camera padronale con vista mare che non ha prezzo, bagni grandi e moderni, splendida cucina super accessoriata, piscina pulita regolarmente.
La posizione è perfetta, direttamente sull’avenida per splendide passeggiate vista mare, playa de la Concha ad un passo, sempre raggiungibili a piedi supermarket, ristoranti e bar. Ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni su tutta l’isola perché si trova al centro, quindi in circa 30 minuti è possibile raggiungere isa il sud che il nord di Lanzarote. Inoltre dista solo 5 minuti dall’aeroporto (non si sentono affatto rumori degli aerei).
Unico neo la mancanza di aria condizionata che in agosto si avverte nella notte. Per il resto la perfezione!
Ma il vero punto di forza di questa splendida villa è Yohanna, co-host, solare, amichevole, ci ha accolti subito con la sua dolcezza ed allegria, ci ha dato ottimi consigli per ristoranti locali ed è sempre stata super disponibile. Grazie Yohanna per questa indimenticabile soggiorno.
Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto!

Very nice, clean house with fantastic sea view
We have enjoyed our stay in the house. The communication with Yoanna via email was very good and friendly. Both check-in and check-out were efficient. The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable. The sea view from the living room and one of the 5 bedrooms is fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped and well-functioning. One very positive surprise was the mit-week housekeeping, which provided cleaning, change of towels and bedsheets. There are plenty of seating areas on the balcony or around the pool. Yoanna was very responsive when we had an issue in one of the bathroom, she immediately took action for solving the problem. Although the problem persisted, her attitude and helpfulness were highly appreciated.
There is a walking path on the beach side of the house, very good for exercise and it is very easy walking to local restaurants on the sea side.
We could hear the airplanes taking off from the airport. However, during the evening, night or early morning there is no plane noise, nor noise from the street, so good sleep is ensured.
Before check in, we were informed that heating the pool will cost 100 Euro per stay (the info was on Vrbo, but within "show more" button) and only heated to 27 degrees. As we are not keen pool people and the air was a bit cool during our stay in November, we did not use it.
The house is highly recommended.
