「Overall a great stay. Clear and timely communication from the host, clean house, great location. It felt secluded while also being close to everything. The main downside to me was that the street coming off the house did not have a sidewalk on Franklin road, which is a very busy road. It’s got a very narrow shoulder of the road for about 20-30 yards which was not optimal for pushing my child in a stroller. It is somewhat of a duplex, so the garage is shared with a tenant, I wish that would have been shared beforehand, but this was a non-issue, and the tenant was great to talk to. We did have an issue with the AC upon arrival, but VRBO host was excellent in dealing with and helped us to get it resolved.」

「This was a very nice place and close to many things. Nice neighborhood with many new places being built. A lot of space and many beds. It was great to have a 2 stall garage. The comments about the train are not true. We stayed 3 nights and did not hear the train once. We had a small problem with the door latch and they came out right away and replaced it. 」
