“We had a great stay overall. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having AC in the rooms made a big difference for a restful night’s sleep. The space itself is beautifully designed, and we really appreciated how the units are set up with enough separation to provide a sense of privacy. Check-in was smooth, with clear and thorough instructions that made everything easy from the start. “It was cozy and sweet, just what were we’re looking for. Smelled pretty musty when we arrived but we found a dehumidifier and ran it often which was really helpful. It rained the whole time we were in Lisbon so we didn’t get to use the patio which was a bummer. It’s such a cute space!”

“Elevator wasn’t working- apartment is on the 4th floor which means 7/8 flights of steps. Was unwilling to help and kept saying “help is coming” so we could get to the apartment but by midnight there was no response. By time I climbed the steps (my mom had to stay behind in the car since she couldn’t get up the stairs) the bathroom in the apartment smelled horrid and of sewage. Terrible stay and I left after 6 hours since it was inaccessible for the rest of my guest. ”
