“I had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus in Rialto. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The rooms appeared newly updated and were very clean and well maintained. One feature I especially appreciated was the push-button privacy option for the windows, which added an extra level of comfort and convenience. “The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!”

“The house is in terrible condition, the swimming pool is unusable, and there’s no hairdryer!”

“Property is run down and in need of repair! There is no s staff on site to assist with check-in or any issues with the property. Very small unit, not suitable for my family of three , my son is 16. The description stated the unit was suitable for sleeping up to four people with bunk beds which were very small. The unit itself looked clean and newly renovated with fresh paint and flooring. However, this unit was meant for two people, or people traveling with a small child under the age of 10.”

“We had a peaceful, wonderful stay at the Estate House at Knickerbocker Mansion. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and Patrick was responsive, friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble connecting the TV and needed help with luggage. The bed was comfortable, the wood accents were stunning, and the location was conveniently close to the village. Just note that this house requires climbing stairs, which may be challenging for some guests. We hope return and enjoy their……
