"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for our family group of 15 & the location was very convenient to Crosslake. However we arrived after the first snowfall & the driveway & steps were not cleared. You have to climb the steps to access the house & they were slippery. We could not find a shovel & the access to the room above the garage was not obvious when nothing was cleared. Also, the garbage service had not picked up the garbage from the previous week. These issues were resolved fairly quickly except for the garbage pickup. We suggest moving the house access to the door at the same level of the driveway (to avoid the outside stairway) & adding instructions for access to the garage & how to use the fireplace. "

"Spent almost our entire time upstairs. Bar area, pool table, projector with surround sound was very cool! House sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. Already planning another stay there jext year!"

"The property is very nice. It can accommodate a very large family and or group. The kids had a blast in the game room and it came in very handy on our only rainy day. The beach is large however the 20,000 square feet of beach description is a stretch as it was sandy in the "Volley Ball" court only. The rest was tall grass and weeds. The cabin was not clean to what I would consider normal resort cleanliness. When making dinner on day one and looking for a particular pan and you find a rotting bag of potatoes in hall closet, I'm here to tell you its a long road back to giving this property a five star rating. The walk to the beach is not easy and was described correctly by the owner. BE PREPARED! Overall it's a great location on the White Fish Chain of lakes. Very easy to navigate to any lake and or eating establishment on the lake. We brought our own boat and water toys. It was a great location for all events and easy access to the smaller Island Lake on the windy days. Of all my reviews on VRBO, this is the only time I felt the need to demonstrate the owners description of property was over delivered and under performed. "

"We had a great stay at this cabin near Crosslake! The place was spotless when we arrived and you could tell the owners really take care of it. Super cozy and clean.The setting is beautiful. A great spot for families—we had all ages with us and there were lots of games available. Loved the 2 large decks especially one by the water. The guys enjoyed the fishing, appreciated the lead to a great fishing guide!The cabin has that perfect rustic feel—it’s warm, comfy, and really well put together. Used the fireplace inside for chill mornings, and the firepit outside was awesome for s’mores under the stars.One of the coolest parts? You can hop in a boat right from the dock and go grab food at local restaurants. A really fun way to explore the area! The cabin has a big kitchen with high end appliances which was awesome too!If you’re looking for a relaxing trip with family or friends, this place has it all. Can’t wait to come back!"

"The Manhattan Point house is stunning. The rooms and layout were perfect for our group of 10. The hot tub was clean and working. None of us had a single complaint about our stay. I definitely would recommend this property!!. "
