Aroha Homestead is beautifully designed with an open plan floorplan, high feature ceilings and luxurious interior finishes throughout. The property is ideal for entertaining with two living areas (both with large open fireplaces) and a fully equipped kitchen and butlers pantry. Inside the main homestead there are four bedrooms, whilst a separate self-contained unit contains the fifth bedroom alongside a private lounge, kitchen and courtyard, perfect for grandparents, a nanny or anyone that simply enjoys a little more privacy during their stay.

This home has been designed to take advantage of its dream location in Queenstown with outstanding outdoor living spaces: Take a dip in the private infinity pool or spa pool or curl up by the roaring wood fire under the sheltered outdoor seating area and gaze out over the mountain range. The outdoor space also includes state of the art Sonos sound system (which allows you to isolate and play different music in different locations throughout the house) plus extensive furniture, a petanque court and BBQ for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Location is everything for this peaceful retreat, which is only a short walk to the Millbrook Resort facilities including the golf course, a selection of restaurants and bars and spa facilities. It only takes less than 5 minutes to drive to the heart of Arrowtown, and just a few minutes drive down the road in the other direction will find you at some of the regions favourite cellar door tasting rooms and restaurants.

Guests will have access to the whole property, including the swimming pool, spa pool, tennis court, garden, outdoor BBQ and main house.

MajorDomo will be available via email or phone to assist with all of your needs - we offer a complimentary concierge service to our guests to assist with any activity and restaurant bookings, and can offer a selection of in house services.

Guests will be sent driving directions shortly prior to their arrival.
All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.

A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalant to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
