  • Sam’s Cottage is perfectly located in historic Arrowtown. Mere steps away from bars, restaurants, shops and a short walk to the Arrow river.

    Enjoy views of the surrounding hills from the balcony or snuggle up next to the log burner inside.

    Newly renovated and tastefully decorated, the space has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay, with fibre, flat screen tv and a full kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine. Sleeps two in one queen bed with a portacot and high chair available on request for an additional $25 per stay.

Cute little home with perfect views of autumn color on the hill. We struggled to find and enter the property due to an error in information from Expedia and had nearly given up when we received a call from the property owner. (Telephone support from Expedia was horrible. They said they could not help and gave me a U.S. number for AirB&B, which I could not call. Very disappointing.) The property owner was very kind and apologetic, tho it was not her fault. Once we were in the home was very nice, with the main street of Arrowtown just down the hill.

Great property. We were a couple and a 12 year old and stayed for three weeks. Everything you need is there and the location is a few steps from the Main Street of arrowtown. We will stay again in the future.
