「Great location and stay! We will definitely be back. 」

「The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition. 」

「We love Avila and this place gives you quick access to the beach as it is just behind Avila Market. It is tucked in tight behind the businesses that run along the beach. There is a peek-a-boo view to the beach, but we value a quick walk to the beach over a view and a parking spot. Inside is very cute, clean and spacious for a one bedroom. We had four staying there and it was comfortable. There is no A/C but you are just steps from the beach, so go enjoy it. We'd stay again!」

「We were pleasantly surprised by the location as it was everything (and more!) from the description. The cleanliness, ease of access, security of gated area, and the tranquility of the environment made our stay feel like home away from home. Walking back from the beach to going out and exploring the many dining options was simple, which isnt always easy with a toddler! The property management employees were very friendly and helpful.
