The property was beautifully appointed and was perfect for my elderly mother in a walker, along being pet friendly. Appreciated the ADA parking and ease of entering the home and getting around the home. Easy access to the freeway and was just 15 min to our daughter's wedding venue in SLO. Will definitely stay again when we visit the area in the future! Easy communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay!

We had a lot of fun staying here. We loved the proximity to the town for local dinners, the dunes for exploring, and Pismo beach for the night life. Definitely would recommend.

It was a a great stay for us for two days. The area around was okay and safe, and the walk to town and the town itself were fantastic. The property itself was also great. We loved the little touches, such as all the extra towels and blankets, and the whole drawer full of coffee accompaniments. I would suggest a full shower in both bathrooms, instead of only a bathtub in one. Also, there were a couple of short instances of loud noise from upstairs, but not enough to forgo renting again. The hostess, Madison, was very responsive and attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns quickly. We look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful home in Arroyo Grande

Home was exactly as pictured/described and more spacious than I anticipated. The kitchen not only had the basic necessities but additional items (kettle, blender, slow cooker, etc.) as well. Location was great…walking distance to downtown and situated in a nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!

Very clean house in Arroyo Grande

We stayed here on our way up the coast touring colleges for our son. It was the perfect place to stay for the night. There were lots of beds for our family (2 adults and 4 kids) and it was very clean and well-stocked. We walked less than 5 minutes downtown for dinner and breakfast. We highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed the home. It was clean and comfortable and cozy. A couple of suggestions would be to add a dining table in the little nook area, add a toilet paper holder in the primary bathroom, and somehow improve the Wifi. We do highly recommend the home though!!

Wonderful Escape to the Central Coast

We had a brief yet wonderful stay at Jasmin and Pat's rental! Beautifully designed, comfortable, spacious and homey, it is stocked with everything one needs. This was the perfect location for a meet up with family between LA and the Bay Area, and is located close to all the sights we had planned to visit, especially the beach. We loved the place and hope to stay here again in the future!

Comfy & convenient

The place had all the necessities for our stay (except an ironing board to accompany the iron, strangely) and is convenient to the village plus has quick fwy access. We found it to be quiet and the beds to be comfy. Plentiful parking is a bonus.

Beautiful house

The house was very nice, just as pictured in the listing. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. The house has nice outdoor spaces and is a very short walk to town.

What a Lovely Place to Stay!

Your home was a roomy & comfy place to relax during our travels. Everyone had their own comfy bed. There's a lovely space to sit outside in the sun. The house is within walking distance of charming downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great location minutes from town

Overall our family really enjoyed our stay. We were a very short walk to town, the children’s bedroom was very nice and perfect for our littles, and the master was nice as well. Kitchen and living space also was great, and I think the only thing I would say was lacking was a dining table where we could all eat together. Also there was construction going on above us during the day, which wasn’t a huge deal due to us being gone most of the daylight hours, but a slight issue perhaps. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay, and would happily boom for our family again!

Amazing location, lovely design

The best part: It was great to stay so close to the village shops, ice cream, coffee, park, creek, etc.The good/great:comfy/cozy linens, comfortable beds, 2 parking spots (I don't think they were included in pics) that allowed for easy trickle charging for our EV, the stuffed animals were a hit, well stocked kitchen (except for missing spatulas)The mid/meh: Small things, so many small janky things. It's clear a lot of thought went into the design, but it's also obvious to me the managers of this house never stay here and many things have deteriorated since it was initially put together. Drawers with no hardware, drawer with too long screws so the pull clunks out when pulled, no shelf for shower products, 2 broken USB ports on lamp in front bedroom, a whole broken lamp in the desk area, a shelf we're advised to not use, a fireplace that has to be turned on and off by removing the face (which requires oven mitts to turn off), an askew TP holder, a missing/never there TP holder....Every house has a few things like this, but so many was pretty ridiculous. If you have kids, the room in the front with the 3 kids' beds is the bedroom that gets the most sun, and that has the flimsiest curtains. Borrow some blackout curtains if light is a concern for your littles.

SLO Wedding

We booked this home to stay for the weekend to stay close by the wedding we were attending in SLO. The location was great for both, a 5 min drive to Pismo and a 15 min drive to SLO. However, the house itself was located across the street from a Masonic lodge (Illuminati) and is also connected to a small event hall. This is not mentioned on the listing and was not disclosed to us when we originally booked. We had no idea until we received our email with the door lock code and details on how to check-in 3 days prior to our arrival. Within that email it says that if there is an event taking place, they will let us know. We were not told anything about an event, but when we arrived at 6pm to check-in, there was a large party taking place at the event center. This included loud music, children running all around the property, adults walking around drinking beers and also sitting on the porch of the rental home. I immediately called our host to report the situation and she was apologetic for not letting us know and said the party would be over by 9pm and after cleanup they would leave by 10pm. She said she would ask them to stay in the event center area and away from our part of the property. They did not so we left to go eat dinner in Pismo because the loud music was rattling the walls inside the home. We were not happy about the situation so I requested a refund for that night, which the host honored. Aside from the event, everything else about the home was nice.
