"The fact of the matter is this is for all intents and purposes a motel. There were no amenities that I noticed, nor had time to use to be fair, so maybe there was something and I just wasn't aware. Having a Dunkin Donuts basically in the parking lot was a big plus. I will say, for a "motel" the room ..."

"Staff were of no help whatsoever when I wanted to book a taxi to Syracuse airport. I tried twice and neither staff member was helpful or even interested in trying to help. It cannot be a unique situation that a guest wants to arrange a ride to the airport. I am baffled."

"Wonderful stay! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a sewer/dumping station. We managed to get around that with a blue belly.I fully recommend!"
