"Wonderful stay. The owner was so very friendly and hospitable. He even shared his lunch and his best cognac with us when we arrived. The guest house common area is comfortable and lovely, painted a beautiful blue. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and cozy. The weather turned cold and there was even heat on. "I had a great stay at Radisson Hotel & Spa Gyumri. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the room window was amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The only issue during my stay was that the air conditioning was not working properly. During the day, the room became quite warm, and when I tried to adjust the temperature, only heating seemed to work instead of cooling. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would be happy to stay here again."
