Nice hotel with pool next to the beach

It's great hotel to stay, but some small hick-ups. Rooms were not ready when we arrived even we called them in advanced, but hotel staff made it quickly. A/C not working properly I was the host for the bookings had to move few times until it was become acceptable condition.

Not a good experience

The hotel is good, but the manager their is unpleasant and rude, she's always try to get more money from us. The other hotel crew was great , the restaurant isn't great and you should eat outside it's cheaper and way more tasty. They don't clean the room every day!

I loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! Lahr, the restaurant manager was amazing! Always a smiling face! The pool was beautiful, the room clean and cozy! Housekeeping was so kind and hardworking! I would book this hotel again in a second! 😊

Amazing staff, OK hotel.

Very attentive and friendly staff and a good breakfast but the hotel itself needs a bit of an update. Amongst other things our room wasn't ready when we checked in (after check in time), there was never any pool towels and the WiFi kept dropping out. None of these are huge issues individually but together they were somewhat annoying. Can't fault the staff though, they couldn't have been better.

Hôtel calme avec litterie très dure

L’hôtel n’est pas à côté de la plage mais il est calme . Il vous faut traverser la route (100m ) pour rejoindre la plage avec ses nombreux restos Pour le prix cet hôtel est correct: pool et ac dans les chambres. Mon seul bémol est la litterie qui est dure comme une planche en bois :/

Nice hotel close to shops, restaurants and beach

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, pool was lovely although needed more shade, rooms were cleaned daily,buffet breakfast had a lot of different food to choose from, overall stay was great

Nice clean hotel, value for money. Very good service, all staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Prasanna and Dilanka who served us at the restaurant. A big thank you to the chef as well. Will stay again.

wowed by their service

3 star hotel that felt more like 4 stars. was immediately offered a cold towel and drinks upon entering the hotel premises and that was really pleasant after a long bus ride from ella. premises have a chill vibe and room was comfortable. staff were always warm and friendly. there was a gym with a treadmill which partner used and also a swimming pool. hotel is near main street and close to surf shops and good eats would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay in arugam bay.

Brand new hotel in Arugam Bay

It's all new, so all is functioning. Beds are very confortable, The pool is good for kids (1,20m deep). Breakfast is ok, maybe is more rich in high season when buffet breakfast is served. Short distance from main road so no noise from traffic.
