“This was our second stay here and it was excellent again. The building is new and apartments are very spacious, which we appreciated after a long safari. Eric and staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed, sorting out transportation and advising where to get food, and they added to the sense of security. “This is NOT a real property! They just put these pictures up and took our money. Then they said it was booked, I had a VRBO rep on the phone, and was told he had a better property, costs more, but we'd get at at the same price. Then I find out the property isnt on VRBO, but your rep didn't tell me that. It was a dump. This is the second time I've had issues with your company and the second time I've used you. “I had wonderful stay for 3 weeks at Kibo Palace Apartments. The staff was wonderful and helpful. They were always available for questions, directions and recommendations. In addition, if I needed more towels or housecleaning they came that day. Zeno, the property manager was especially wonderful and I'm grateful for her and the ability to stay at the apartments during my stay in Arusha.”
