「This was my second stay at the hotel. The first time was in 2019. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The area is gorgeous and very convenient to the train station. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. "
