Beautiful chalet "Sanitate". In the hamlet Rochefort, 3 km from the centre of Arvier, in a quiet position on a slope, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: garden with flowers and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Shop 3 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aosta 16 km, Courmayeur Mont Blanc - Sky Way 22 km, Parco del Gran Paradiso 22 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: ovovia Aosta-Pila 33 km, La Thuile 25 km, funivia Courmayeur-Checrouit 20 km. Please note: car recommended.
6-room house 155 m2 on 4 levels, south facing position. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave) with Scandinavian wood stove. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm), TV. 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Kitchenette (1 hot plate, 3 gas rings). 3nd upper floor: (ladder), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Charming mountain holiday home
A characteristic mountain accomodation with local charm located in an ideal location to discover the beautiful Aosta Valley. The accomodation is spacious with 2 living areas, a kitchen, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside the house is surrounded by a large garden and a nice south faced terras, a barbecue area and a shady sitting area under the house. A lovely holiday spot that we really enjoyed.

Ideal Central Location
Excellent central location to explore the Aosta Valley and very close to the Paradiso. Very quiet, good terrace with lots of sun. Layout of the property is a bit odd and confusing, especially accessing the BBQ area. More shade option on the terrace, hooks on windows to secure them when airing to avoid them slamming would add to the comfort .Lack of a decent size coffee pot was annoying! Otherwise very happy stay.

Quiet and peaceful house with fantastic views
The house is big and well maintained. It has 3 levels up to down: a living room, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms on the first level, 2 bedrooms on the second level and another living room with a big kitchen in the third level. It also has a porch with a great mountains view and a garden downstairs. The house is spotless and well decorated , the kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are covered with wooden panels, so altogherter it creates very warm, unique and cosy armoshere. The owners are very nice as well, unfortunately we don't speak Italian so we're limited in communication.
